Meet our Staff

Wendy Anderson, Office Assistant
        (Abstract and Poster Coordinator)     

Wendy started at NCBC as a temporary conference employee in 2008. Since then she has transitioned into a permanent part time employee and has expanded her administrative and management skill set.  Prior to joining NCBC she was a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Certified Supervisor with the Accelerated Christian Education program. She is currently a goldsmith who owns and operates her own jewelry business and is a Unit Leader with AVON as one of their top independent salespersons in her district. She and her husband of 19 years have three teenage children who keep them very active.  As former Licensed Therapeutic Foster Parents they have parented many troubled/ill children over the years. Wendy is currently a member of the Touch of Life Church’s Missions board and has been on many mission trips, including working for one year in Haiti. Wendy is a stalwart believer in the organization’s mission, enjoys being part of NCBC’s accomplishments and looks forward to actively participating in its future endeavors. Responsibilities: Inventory, Supplies – Office and Conference Supplies, Mailing postage, Registration Kit, Poster/Abstracts.


Tracy Beiler, Finance Manager

     (Membership Manager, Conference Registration Manager, HR Manager, Finance & Conference Registration Manager)     

Tracy was NCBC’s first staff member in 2003.  She has grown with NCBC as our former Executive Assistant and has earned her current position through dedicated service and performance.   She is responsible for the various conference registrations; membership attraction and retention; and fiscal matters.  Tracy holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne and is experienced in office administration.  Tracy and her husband have 4 energetic boys, of which their oldest started his college career at her alma mater.  Tracy feels NCBC has offered her a great learning experience over the years.  She is most proud of being a part of the hard work that goes into the conference where she can actually see and talk with conference attendees who have expressed their gratitude for a renewed sense of purpose, broadened knowledge base and expanded network of peers.   Responsibilities: Bookkeeping, Membership, Database, Personnel, Assist with Budget, Speaker Reimbursement, Hotel Bill, Name Badges, Conference Registration, Hotel Registration, Bank Resolutions.

 

Angie Davis, Executive Assistant
     (Email Program Manager, Website Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Quality Certification Manager)             

Certified as a Medical Office Assistant, Angie is continuing her education to obtain her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.  She graduated from the Kosciusko Leadership Academy and served as a co-chair on the Health & Wellness Subcommittee of H.O.P.E. (Help Overcome Poverty Effects).  She is currently a member of the Kosciusko Human Resources Association.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and vast array of pets.  Angie comes to us with varied expertise and says she is “proud to be a member of the NCBC staff of professionals and continues to learn additional skills and grow with the organization!” Responsibilities: Email program, Quality Certification Program, Procedure Manual, website maintenance and computer software/programs. Conference: evaluations, on-site signage, temp staffing and menus/catering.

 

Dara Long, Special Projects Coordinator
     (Newsletter Coordinator, Conference Faculty Coordinator, CEU Manager)

In addition to working in the NCBC office, Dara works in the evening toward her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership.  She brings with her a Staffing Specialist Certification with knowledge in Indiana and Federal Employment Laws and background in both small and agri-business management.   She and her husband own and operate their own family farm with their five children.  They like to say that they are “feeding the world”!  Dara has taken psychology classes, which allows her to interact with various personalities. Expanding into the international business world has added an exciting new dimension to her life. Responsibilities: Newsletter, Conference Faculty, Conference Flyer, Conference Power Points, Conference CEU/CME Credits, Conference Off Site Meetings, Pfizer Grant, Conference Syllabus, Conference AV, Conference Evaluations.

 


Chelsey Sexton, Corporate Liaison and Advertising Manager

Chelsey is a graduate of International Business College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  She comes to us after working in the orthopedic field for 7 years.  Her experience covers meeting planning, receiving, quality inspections, marketing and sales training certification. Her leadership includes having served as the Warsaw Community High School Freshmen Volleyball Coach.  Chelsey acts as a spokes person to our corporate contingency to develop ways we can bring the health care providers and the private sector closer together.  Although Chelsey has worked in many corporate settings, she finds that the opportunity to make a difference through her position with breast care/cancer patients is one of the most unique and rewarding experiences of her career.  She is recently married and is looking forward to starting a family soon. Tracy Ait El Madi
, Certifications Manager
     (Breast Patient Navigator Certification Manager, Breast Self Examination Manager, Clinical Breast Examiner Certification Manager)

In August of 2011, Tracy joined the NCoBC as the new Certifications Manager. She brings over six years of experience in certifications and healthcare conventions and conferences. After exploring life and culture in Northern Italy and Morocco, Tracy is continuing her education in Business Management. She and her husband run a small business importing Moroccan home décor and hand-crafted art and enjoy the companionship of three dogs. Tracy is excited to expand her certifications knowledge to the medical field, while making a difference in the lives of breast health patients and their families.
